Nusa Ceningan is a small tropical island, which is part of Bali in Indonesia. The island is nestled between popular Nusa Lembongan and the large island of Nusa Penida. The trio of islands is an awesome spot to explore and get away from the craziness of mainland Bali.
On our way from Nusa Lembongan, we will have to cross the iconic yellow bridge. The bridge is quite a significant landmark and has a sad history. In 2016, 9 people lost their lives and almost 20 others were injured when the entire bridge collapsed into the shallow ocean beneath it. The bridge has been rebuilt and has been titled ‘The Bridge of Love”. If you are ever in the area at night, make sure to check out the bridge, which is adorned in lights and is fast becoming a spectacle for tourists.
